Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Senior TPM to own strategy and execution across Customer Operations and Brand Marketing, partnering with leadership to drive programs that connect customer experience to product and communications.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, apply AI-enabled workflows, and shape roadmaps while balancing business impact, capacity, and brand integrity across two pillars.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in program management, operations, or equivalent in tech
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs
• Experience aligning brand and product work
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows is a plus
• Customer Operations or brand marketing exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution across Customer Operations and Brand Marketing
• Build relationships with stakeholders from executives to engineers
• Dive into how programs connect day-to-day work to long-term goals
• Prioritize projects by customer impact and team capacity
