Job summary

Scribd, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own strategy across paid and organic channels for a multi-brand portfolio. You will set the vision, build and mentor a performance marketing team, and align with product and brand marketers to drive growth.

You will lead attribution, apply data insights, and leverage AI tools to optimize campaigns while collaborating with creative teams to produce compelling assets and test new channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience running performance marketing channels for a B2C company.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, and affiliate; working knowledge of SEO and LLM visibility.
• Solid understanding of LTV/CAC and marketing attribution; MMM is a plus.
• Experience with marketing technology tools such as ad management or attribution tooling.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data insights.
• Comfort using AI tools in marketing workflows.
• Strong collaboration across multi-brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy across paid and organic discovery: paid search, paid social, affiliate, SEO, and LLM-driven search; allocate budget to drive growth.
• Manage and develop the team of channel owners, fostering a culture of learning and performance.
• Lead attribution and reporting across paid and organic channels, using data-driven insights to optimize ROI.
• Partner with brand marketers on integrated campaigns, pairing brand storytelling with performance channels.
• Work with creative to produce assets that drive engagement and conversion.
• Test new and emerging channels beyond this core set, looking for market opportunities.
