Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in New York is seeking a Sr TPM to lead delivery of large, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and organizations, shaping our engineering roadmap within the Conversational Ad Experiences team.

You will collaborate with partners across engineering, product, finance, and BI, translate strategy into requirements, and drive risk assessments and delivery urgency to achieve our ambitious AI-driven advertising goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and organizations.
• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Bring data-driven judgment to decisions, assess risk, and drive urgency for delivery.
• Define mechanisms to optimize output and collaboration within the team and with partners.
• Help develop the team’s long-term technical strategy aligned with business goals.
