Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own strategy and execution across Customer Operations and Brand Marketing. You will drive cross-functional programs, connect stakeholders, and ensure alignment with product and brand initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Act as owner of program strategy and execution across our Customer Operations and Brand Marketing pillars.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at every level, from customer experience and marketing teams to engineers and executives.
• Drive strategy by analyzing how to connect day-to-day execution to long-term goals.
• Prioritize projects by customer impact, weigh them against team capacity, and defer or decline the rest.
• Connect marketing and product to ensure brand is part of releases, in the product experience and messaging.
• Be a leader within the TPM team and share effective practices with teammates.
• Lead cross-company planning and shape shared efforts across teams.
• Own multiple complex cross-functional programs with scalable frameworks.
• Support frontline teams by planning around capacity and providing structure and support.
• Manage timelines and proactively identify risks with mitigations through workflows and communication.
• Measure success by proposing metrics and monitoring risks.
• Build faster through AI and lightweight tooling to reduce coordination effort.
• Identify and drive process improvements for the whole organization.
