Job summary

Code Metal is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex initiatives across a growing engineering organization, partnering with Product, Engineering, Research and Solutions to advance Code Metal’s AI-powered code translation and verification platform.

You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated programs, guide initiatives through the development lifecycle, and balance near-term execution with long-term product and platform goals while shaping how engineering programs

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management leading complex, cross-functional software programs.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, system architecture, and engineering practices.
• Experience supporting end-to-end product development, from proof of concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning research, engineering, infrastructure, and product.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define program objectives, milestones, success criteria, and delivery expectations.
• Develop and manage integrated execution plans, proactively addressing dependencies, risks, and shifting priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and tradeoffs, and help drive timely decisions across workstreams.
• Define and track program metrics in partnership with teams, measuring progress, product quality, and technical readiness to inform decisions and improvements.
• Identify recurring challenges and opportunities to build shared capabilities that strengthen the overall product and platform.
• Communicate program progress, risks, and key decisions clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
• Establish and refine program management practices that improve planning, coordination, accountability, and delivery predictability.
