Job summary

Nuro is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional alignment for AI Platform programs. You will own requirements, priorities, and integration with simulation and autonomy stacks, ensuring robust verification and validation tooling for driverless deployment.

You will lead execution plans, track risks and metrics, and partner with engineering, hardware, and operations to optimize testing and validation workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, systems engineering, or software development in robotics/auto tech.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs across software, hardware, and autonomy.
• Strong understanding of system verification & validation and testing frameworks.
• Proficient with agile program tools (Jira) and documentation platforms (Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional alignment and execution for AI Platform programs.
• Define requirements and manage priorities across simulations and autonomy stacks.
• Build and maintain execution plans with progress, risks and metrics.
• Drive issue triage and burndown with clear ownership across teams.
• Translate field failure patterns into engineering/tooling priorities for the platform.
• Identify testing gaps and improve development workflows; partner with Ops to shorten time-to-recovery.
• Provide program updates and risk assessments to leadership.
• Maintain test and validation infrastructure for driverless deployment readiness.
