Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead AI Native Transformation on the Engine team. You will drive cross-team initiatives, define repeatable processes, and partner with engineers and leaders to deliver adoption of AI-native tooling at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of direct engineering-team collaboration experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of TPM experience with software teams.
Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules.

Responsibilities

Own the AI Native Transformation program from planning to rollout across Engine.
Run monthly leadership business reviews and define metrics.
Identify common workflows and rebuild them AI-natively as product features.
Coordinate across engineering, tooling partners, and enablement teams.
Curate central resources like templates, skill packs, and playbooks.
Program AI upskilling with trainings and office hours.
Run retrospectives to improve adoption.
