Sentry is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to align AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest teams into a cohesive delivery plan. You will clarify ownership, sequence work, and manage integration risks to ensure smooth releases across multiple engineering streams.

You’ll partner with team leads to align roadmaps, improve release readiness, and communicate commitments with clear, concrete next steps. Strong technical judgment and cross-functional influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-team technical delivery programs from definition to launch.
• Ability to connect roadmap plans across AI/ML, data pipelines, and product design.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple engineering teams with shared ownership.
