Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for the Customer Experience Improvement (CXI) team. You will drive delivery across AI/ML workstreams, data pipelines, and resolver workflows, owning cross-functional execution for a scalable platform that protects customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Product Managers, TPMs, and multiple dev teams to define and deliver complex features.
• Manage all aspects of project execution and lead large programs.
• Devise technical specifications and integration plans and discuss technical concepts.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and issues; provide escalation management, trade-offs, and mitigations.
• Drive the technology strategy and analyze the cost/benefit of project selection.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership; provide regular updates.
