Sentry in San Francisco seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to coordinate AI Platform work across AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest, delivering a cohesive product experience. You will clarify ownership, sequence delivery, manage integration risks, and partner with engineering and product leads to define release readiness, evaluation results, and staged rollouts.

This on-site role emphasizes clear communication, lightweight processes, and practical coordination to help teams

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technical programs from definition through launch.
• Ability to coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams with independent roadmaps.
• Technical understanding to review design proposals and discuss tradeoffs.
• Track record in managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and adapting plans.
• Experience creating processes that teams adopt and sustain.
• Clear written updates and escalation with concrete next steps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate roadmaps across AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest into a shared plan.
• Sequence platform capabilities and design work to address dependencies before release.
• Define release readiness with evaluation results and staged rollouts.
• Identify owners, resolve decisions, and communicate commitments.
• Drive risk mitigation with clear owners, contingencies, and escalation.
• Provide leadership with an accurate view of progress and risks.
