Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own complex, end-to-end programs central to our AI-powered DevSecOps strategy. You will drive high-priority initiatives across product, engineering, data, and security, transforming strategic vision into executable plans that deliver innovative capabilities while working with executive leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs across product, engineering, data, and security from scope to launch.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and align on priorities and tradeoffs.
• Coordinate distributed teams across time zones with asynchronous communication and regular status updates.
• Develop and maintain program plans, identify risks and dependencies, and enable decisions that balance speed, quality and impact.
• Partner with customer success to refine communications and operational workflows.
• Champion GitLab’s values and drive collaborative excellence and innovation within programs.
