Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 5+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 7+ years working with engineering, product and supporting business teams to launch new products.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute comprehensive program plans, manage dependencies and risks.
• Ensure teams deliver high‑quality outcomes and communicate clearly.
• Drive alignment and inform decisions throughout complex initiative lifecycles.
• Partner with security, product, and business leaders in GitHub's Security Products organization.
