Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager for the CCB Engineering Tools & Productivity (ET&P) team. You will drive complex technology programs, champion best-practices, and collaborate with engineering leaders to align with business goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will shape operational planning, manage budgets and resources, and lead cross-functional teams to advance CI/CD capabilities, automation, and AI-assisted planning across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex technology initiatives in large organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, product, and business leaders.
• Ability to reason through system behavior, production issues, and reliability/scalability trade-offs.
• Proven track record managing dependencies, risks, and delivery in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Data-driven approach: define metrics/OKRs, measure impact, drive improvement.
• Technical fluency across CI/CD, SDLC, release engineering, observability, incident management.
• Experience with enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program workflows and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing.
• Partner with engineering and product to define requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate risks; address roadblocks and implement contingency plans.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Establish and maintain program operating rhythm: intake, prioritization, dependency management, release planning, reporting, governance.
• Champion adoption of agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
• Drive programs delivering CI/CD and release capabilities; manage roadmap, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve adoption and productivity (DORA metrics, incident trends).
• Promote AI-assisted governance practices with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
