Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical programs and projects in a large org.
• Experience with governance, controls, and issue management.
• Experience with executive communications and leadership support.
• Ability to navigate change in a growing organization.
• Experience applying enterprise AI capabilities to program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio-wide controls, risk, governance, and risk reporting with multiple partners.
• Lead planning and execution for technology programs and leadership priorities.
• Develop program plans, governance cadence, milestones, and action plans.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis.
• Drive issue management and remediation, coordinate control reviews and audits.
• Partner with engineering, product, controls, and business teams to define scope and dependencies.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and governance communications.
• Drive process improvement across reporting, governance, and execution routines.
• Support change execution with readiness activities and stakeholder alignment.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review.
