Fundamental seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the how and when the product and engineering org ships. You will partner with our Senior Product Manager, heads of Engineering, Applied AI, and Research, and the FDE team to establish a single source of truth for SDLC and coordinate across SF, Europe, and Israel.

This hands-on role requires standardizing tools, ordering bugs, and guiding the SDLC while delivering honest capacity forecasts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management, or engineering management at a high-growth software/AI company.
• Direct experience with ML/LLM lifecycles; able to discuss estimates intelligently.
• Experience standing up SDLC and tooling in mid-sized to large organisations.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and authority without direct reports.
• Swiss Army Knife operator: builds systems to accelerate delivery without heavy bureaucracy.
• Coordinating engineering across multiple time zones including US/Europe/Israel.
• Bias for shipping; measures success by delivered work and outcomes.
• Strong written communication for cross-team alignment.

Responsabilités

• Toolset standardization: consolidate tools to a single source of truth for SDLC.
• SDLC end-to-end: own processes, deadlines, and capacity views across teams.
• FDE-to-Engineering handoff: formalize paths to productize extensions.
• Cross-team coordination: run operating rhythm across Applied AI, Eng, Research.
• API & Technical Specification Alignment: facilitate cross-team definitions early.
• Delivery accountability: ensure capabilities are launched and usable.
• Operational reviews: weekly/biweekly reviews with engineering leadership.
• Collaboration: work with Marketing, Sales, and other departments for alignment.
