Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the cross-team FSx program plan from concept to GA.
• Define and sequence the FSx technical roadmap with trade-offs.
• Manage dependencies across AWS and external partners.
• Define and track KPIs like launch predictability and availability.
• Drive automation programs and communicate progress to Directors and VPs.
