Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the how and when of product and engineering life cycles. You will partner with the Senior Product Manager, engineering heads, and the FDE team to create a cohesive SDLC across Applied AI, Engineering and Research.

You will standardize tools, manage cross‑team dependencies, and provide leadership with a realistic six‑month capacity view. This hands‑on role requires deep drafting of workflows and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management or similar role.
• Direct experience with ML/LLM development lifecycle.
• Track record of standing up SDLC and tooling in a 50–300 person company.
• Experience coordinating engineers across time zones (US/Europe/Israel).
• Fluent written communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Standardize tools and establish a single source of truth for SDLC.
• Own end-to-end SDLC, set realistic deadlines, forecast capacity.
• Coordinate FDE, Eng, Applied AI, and Research across regions.
• Ensure API signatures and system definitions avoid bottlenecks.
• Drive collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and other departments.
