Nebius Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of GPU clusters and critical IT infrastructure for next-generation AI workloads. You will coordinate across engineering, networking, construction and operations to deploy GPU clusters at hyperscale and scale Nebius’ global footprint.

The role requires hands-on infrastructure delivery experience, the ability to translate goals into actionable plans, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, and risks.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of new data center programs, from design through handover to operations.
• Define and manage scope, schedule, and risks, maintaining focus on critical paths and proactive issue resolution.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans and measurable deliverables.
• Oversee vendor and contractor execution, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.
• Provide structured program reporting, including dashboards, documentation, and executive updates.
