Nebius is seeking a Field Technical Lead to drive on-site deployments of data center GPU clusters, storage, and networking. You will coordinate with project managers, supervise contractors, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across deployments.

Ideal candidates have hands-on data center experience, strong on-site leadership, and excellent communication. This role involves travel to data centers and close collaboration with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.

Formación

• Ownership-driven leader with on-site decision-making abilities.
• Hands-on experience with data center deployments, preferably HPC/AI.
• Strong understanding of data center operations including racking, cabling, power and cooling.
• Technical knowledge of GPU servers, compute nodes, storage platforms, and networking tech.
• Experience working with Project Managers and subcontractors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for time-critical on-site environments.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to document processes and maintain deployment/status reports.

Responsabilidades

• Technically lead on-site deployment of GPU compute clusters, storage systems, and high-speed networking in data centers.
• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking deployment activities.
• Organize and supervise contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of workstreams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues during deployments.
• Maintain deployment plans, risk logs, issue trackers, and acceptance reports.
• Provide regular status updates and manage blockers and expectations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, networking, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Participate in automation initiatives and post-deployment support as needed.
