Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of GPU clusters and critical IT infrastructure powering next-generation AI workloads. You will coordinate engineering, networking, construction, and operations teams to deploy GPU clusters and hyperscale infrastructure at data centers.

You will collaborate with infrastructure leadership to define strategy, manage risk, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches while scaling the global footprint across EU markets

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management for large-scale IT infrastructure deployments.
• Strong ability to engage in technical discussions and challenge solutions.
• Proven track record delivering on critical paths in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Leadership by influence in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana) and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of new data center programs, from design through handover to operations.
• Define and manage scope, schedule, and risks, maintaining focus on critical paths and proactive issue resolution.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans and measurable deliverables.
• Oversee vendor and contractor execution, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.
• Provide structured program reporting, including dashboards, documentation, and executive updates.
