Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of GPU‑accelerated servers powering AI/ML workloads across AWS global fleet.

You will coordinate hardware and software teams, manage ODM partnerships, and establish data‑driven quality feedback systems to improve reliability and scale. You will facilitate requirements, manage schedules, and communicate status to executives while ensuring successful deployments and continuous improvements across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience leading engineering design projects and interacting with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Requirements & Planning: Facilitate requirements gathering with internal customers and stakeholders; build timelines and risk assessment.
• Execution & Coordination: Drive cross-functional alignment across hardware, firmware, software, and operations; manage partnerships and milestones.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, escalate with impact, drive corrective actions and feedback loops.
• Quality & Deployment: Define acceptance criteria, coordinate testing, ensure production handoff and go/no-go decisions.
