Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience driving cloud infrastructure programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Extensive hands‑on infrastructure experience in cloud or on‑prem environments, data center bring‑up, and hardware deployment.
• Proficient with Jira/Smartsheet or similar tools and Agile/Scrum processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programs for on-prem infrastructure, bare-metal bring-up, and automation.
• Coordinate fleet bring-up, automation, and validation to move clusters from rack to customer-ready state.
• Partner with NVIDIA software teams to deploy DSX and other core stacks in on-prem environments; manage capacity operations.
• Drive cross-team roadmaps and coordinate with data center leadership to align readiness timelines.
• Establish governance under the PLC framework and use Jira to drive disciplined execution.
• Define metrics for velocity, availability, and cluster health; communicate effectively across senior stakeholders.
