Job summary

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform with global data center footprint across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of GPU clusters and critical IT infrastructure powering AI workloads.

You will coordinate engineering, networking, construction and operations teams, define strategy, manage risk and ensure on-time, high-quality launches. Travel to data centers may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Experience with large-scale IT infrastructure deployments.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of new data center programs from design through handover to operations.
• Define and manage scope, schedule and risks, focusing on critical paths.
• Translate requirements into actionable project plans with measurable deliverables.
• Oversee vendor and contractor execution, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.
• Provide structured program reporting with dashboards and executive updates.
