Job summary

ACCIONA, a global leader in regenerative infrastructure, seeks a Senior Manager, Total Rewards & Payroll for the United States. Based in Atlanta, you will lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards, benefits, equity, and payroll programs while ensuring alignment with global frameworks and U.S.

priorities. You will partner with local HR and leadership to optimize compensation structures, run annual salary reviews, manage multi-state payroll, and drive pay transparency

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards and Payroll in the U.S.
• Proven ability to manage multi-state payroll and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation, benefits, pay transparency and equity.
• Experience in multinational settings and advisory roles.
• Experience with Workday compensation, payroll systems and benefits platforms.
• Ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
• Proven influence with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Vendor and broker management for payroll and benefits.
• Leadership, communication and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of Total Rewards programs across the United States.
• Align U.S. programs with ACCIONA global philosophy while addressing local market needs.
• Oversee payroll governance, multi‑state payroll and tax compliance.
• Manage benefits, equity, and rewards programs, including acquisitions and reorganizations.
• Drive analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards processes.
