JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards and payroll programs. This role oversees compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, and recognition while ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.

You will partner across HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal to optimize programs, support engagement, and drive retention. Strong leadership and global experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of total rewards, compensation, benefits, or related HR experience in a complex/global org.
• Experience leading total rewards strategy, program design, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, sales compensation, salary surveys, executive compensation, equity programs, and benefits administration.
• Deep understanding of compensation/benefits practices, market trends, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate business objectives into rewards strategies that support engagement, attraction, and retention.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a total rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide market trend insights to strengthen total rewards programs.
• Design, administer, and improve compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, and recognition programs.
• Oversee salary structures, incentive plans, and annual compensation reviews.
• Lead vendor relationships and ensure compliant payroll and rewards administration.
• Manage teams supporting total rewards operations and pay practices.
