Job summary

J.R. Automation Technologies, LLC, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to design and oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition programs.

You will ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance while guiding a team across HR operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or related HR experience.
• Experience leading total rewards strategy and program design.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, equity programs, and benefits administration.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to translate objectives into rewards strategies.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional partnerships.
• CCP, CBP, SHRM, HRCI certification preferred.
• Corporate payroll management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute total rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead design and administration of compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, and recognition programs.
• Oversee salary structures, incentive plans, market pricing, and annual compensation reviews.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal to ensure compliance.
• Use data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and trends.
• Manage external compensation and benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members in total rewards.
