Lead Total Rewards Analyst
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, evaluation, and administration of base pay, incentive, and compensation programs.
- Conduct market pricing analyses, develop salary recommendations, and maintain internal job evaluation methodology.
- Manage the full annual merit, bonus, and compensation planning cycle, including systems, data, analytics, and leader support.
- Maintain and update salary structures, pay grades, and job architecture. Serve as a compensation consultant to HRBPs and business leaders on internal equity and pay transparency.
- Support compensation governance, audits, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with health & welfare benefits administration, retirement plan oversight, vendor coordination, and compliance.
- Build and maintain compensation and benefits dashboards, reports, and insights that drive decision‑making.
- Partner with HRIS and Finance to ensure accurate, consistent data management across platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5–7+ years of experience in compensation or Total Rewards with significant hands‑on compensation exposure.
- HR certification preferred (CCP, PHR, SHRM‑CP, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Effective communicator who can translate complex compensation concepts for non‑HR audiences.
- Comfortable operating independently within a small, high‑impact HR team.
Schedule
First 90 days fully onsite Monday–Friday, then hybrid with onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remote Tuesday and Friday.
