Aspirion, a leader in healthcare revenue cycle solutions, seeks a Senior Total Rewards Partner to oversee compensation, benefits, leave of absence, and workers’ compensation administration. This role collaborates with People Partners, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to administer and continuously improve programs that attract and engage top talent.

You will leverage market data and analytics to inform recommendations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements across Total

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• CEBS/CCP or similar certification preferred.
• 5–8 years in Total Rewards: benefits, leave, comp, compliance.
• Experience with multi-state leave compliance and HRIS.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage full lifecycle of benefits administration (health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life, disability, wellness).
• Serve as SME for benefits, wellness and 401(k) programs.
• Coordinate leave of absence and ADA accommodations with payroll and vendors.
• Oversee workers’ compensation and related communication with carriers and leaders.
• Support compensation programs, market pricing, job evaluations and surveys.
