Boyd Allenton is seeking a Senior Tool and Die Technician to join its Tooling team. You will perform preventative maintenance on die-cast tooling and support production with tooling or machining tasks as needed.

The role requires strong mathematical ability, professional communication, and the ability to read and interpret business paperwork. Safety, QMS, and teamwork are emphasized in a structured environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Read, analyze, and interpret general business paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with managers, clients and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance on shot rods, high-pressure die-cast tooling, and trim dies.
• Complete shop paperwork accurately and as directed.
• Support production needs with tooling or machining work per procedures.
• Fix broken tools, mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Make cores, tips, fixtures and slot rods.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; follow QMS and OSHA guidelines.
