Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) seeks an experienced professional to support the Toll Program through procurement, development, and deployment of toll systems. The role emphasizes complex data management, contract oversight, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.

The advanced journey-level position requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong abilities in analytics, KPI development, and program management.

• Advanced knowledge of analytical principles and complex data management.
• Ability to develop KPIs, dashboards and program scorecards.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct analyses of toll program planning, project development, implementation and operations.
• Develop performance management tools to evaluate KPI effectiveness.
• Lead benchmarking of industry practices and recommend improvements.
• Audit toll system installations for conformance to designs and plans.
• Provide oversight of data systems, security, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare reports and present to board and committees.
