Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze toll program planning, project development, implementation and operations including business process reviews and cost assessments.
• Develop KPI dashboards and program-wide scorecards; create action plans to address performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other agencies; assist with RFPs and budgeting analyses.
• Develop and maintain reports; respond to data requests and present findings.
