RK&K is seeking a Senior Toll Specialist for a remote role in the United States. The candidate will lead tolling projects with deep knowledge of planning, analysis, design, roadside and back-office systems, and tolling policy.

Qualifications

• Ten years of technical/operational tolling experience with DOTs/toll agencies.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Experience with toll infrastructure, roadside, back-office systems and customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, operational and data analytics support on projects.
• Prepare/review toll system requirements and designs, planning studies, engineering analyses, test plans, and operations concepts.
• Assist in design/development of tolling concepts and reports, including requirement analysis and vendor tech review.
• Support development and review of system integration plans, testing procedures and commissioning docs for toll systems.
• Support the implementation of tolling and IT systems.
• Assist in procurement documentation for tolling clients, including best practices research.
• Develop KPI reporting tools for toll vendor contracts on various projects.
