Job summary

RK&K is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Toll Specialist. This remote role involves deep knowledge of tolling planning, analysis, design, roadside and back-office systems, policy, and operations.

You will support technical reviews, design of tolling concepts, system integration, and KPI reporting for toll vendor contracts. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience with DOTs and toll agencies, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to contributing to RK&K's

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years technical and/or operational experience with DOTs and toll agencies.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Proactive participant in company growth and success.
• Demonstrated experience in toll infrastructure, roadside and back-office systems, customer service center operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, operational and data analytics support on tolling projects.
• Review toll system requirements and designs, planning studies, engineering analyses, test plans, and concepts of operations.
• Assist in design and development of tolling concepts, reports, equipment specifications, and back-office communications systems.
• Support development and review of system integration plans, testing procedures and commissioning documentation for toll systems.
• Assist in tolling systems and IT systems implementations.
• Contribute to procurement documentation for tolling clients including industry best practices research.
• Develop KPI reporting tools for toll vendor contracts across projects.
