Best Homes Title Agency, LLC is seeking a proactive Title Examiner to research and prepare title documents for residential and commercial matters. The role requires precise analysis, strong communication, and timely collaboration with attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years title examiner experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with ResWare, Qualia, or similar software.
• Extensive Michigan property knowledge; multi-state experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Search and examine titles to determine status or chain of title.
• Abstract and analyze deeds, mortgages, easements, tax items.
• Map unplatted land and compile reports for closing.
• Review commitments and closing documents; produce final policies.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and colleagues.
