Job summary

Linglong Americas, Inc. seeks a Tire Quality Assurance Engineer with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and 5+ years of tire QA experience.

You will coordinate with distributors to identify defective tires, manage OEM warranty claims from submission to disposition, and generate detailed warranty analyses while ensuring regulatory reporting compliance and data-driven improvements. Domestic and international travel may be required to visit distributors and conduct on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in tire after-sales, warranty, or quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
• Solid knowledge of tire products, manufacturing processes, and failure analysis.
• Experience with CRM and after-sales claim management systems.
• Strong data analysis, cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with distributors to conduct after-sales defective tire identification and warranty claim support.
• Manage OEM after-sales warranty claims from submission through final disposition.
• Investigate, manage, and resolve OE technical issues with manufacturing facilities and OE sales teams.
• Provide timely feedback and on-site guidance for special after-sales issues.
• Generate detailed warranty analyses and technical performance reports.
• Oversee NHTSA regulatory reporting and recall procedure documentation.
• Visit distributors, deliver after-sales training, and offer on-site support when needed.
• Monitor market and tech developments in the tire industry and suggest policy updates.
