Job summary

Truck Tire Now Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Tire Quality & Training Manager to lead nationwide quality assurance and technician training programs.

The role involves establishing training standards, evaluating performance, certifying technicians, and conducting field audits across the United States. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial tire service, a passion for training others, and the ability to travel ~50% to support new market launches and ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of commercial truck tire installation experience.
• Experience training or supervising commercial tire technicians.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety practices and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Truck Tire Now Quality Assurance Program.
• Develop standardized installation procedures and operating guidelines.
• Create and maintain technician training materials, manuals, videos, and certification programs.
• Recruit, onboard, train, evaluate, and certify new roadside tire service professionals joining the Truck Tire Now network.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on field training.
• Evaluate technician competency through written and practical examinations.
• Perform periodic field audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
