This senior contributor partners with Payroll, HR, Contracts, Legal, and program leaders to ensure accurate, audit-ready timekeeping information is prepared for payroll deadlines. You will develop controls, monitor compliance, resolve exceptions, and provide practical guidance across the organization while maintaining documentation and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in timekeeping compliance, labor accounting, or related area.
• Experience with government contracting timekeeping and audits.
• Knowledge of FAR and DCAA audit practices.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the timekeeping and labor-charging program across units.
• Review timecards for completeness and accuracy before payroll deadlines.
• Support dashboards and reporting for compliance indicators.
• Maintain audit-ready records and assist with audits.
• Provide training and guidance on timekeeping processes.
