L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Finance Shared Services - Time and Labor Processor to manage time and labor posting, reconciliation, and compliance across divisions, including international groups.

The role requires collaboration with payroll, HR, and accounting, ensuring SOX controls and policy adherence while leveraging data-driven improvements and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years minimum prior relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and post labor to financial ERPs and payroll applications in accordance with policy and law.
• Monitor payroll entries and resolve root causes with appropriate teams.
• Ensure timecard system compliance with FLSA and company policies; document requirements and test cases.
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, compliance and accounting to resolve timecard issues.
• Support SOX controls and audit requests; drive process improvements and standardization.
• Leverage data analysis to drive time and labor process improvements and automation.
