Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Tier III Network O&M engineer to support WAN/LAN networks, provide incident resolution, and implement routing and firewall changes. You will act as a subject matter expert in WAN/LAN technologies and support data communications across networked environments.

The role requires 16 years of combined experience with DoD IAT Level 2/TS/SCI Poly clearance and strong knowledge of OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPNs, VRFs, and boundary protection.

Qualifications

TS SCI CI Poly is required.
16 years of experience (education + work history mix).
IAT Level 2 certification per DoD 8570.
Experience configuring/troubleshooting boundary protection technologies.
Proficient with OSPF, BGP, VPNs, VRFs, MPLS.
Strong routing, switching, IP subnet, NAT knowledge.

Responsibilities

Support LAN/WAN operations and maintenance.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot outages.
Configure hardware and networking software.
Assess impact of user requests and advise on solutions.
Prepare procedures for restoring networks to optimum levels.
Provide fault and performance management and incident resolution.
Analyze traffic and topology, and optimize configurations.
Coordinate with CM and implementation teams.
Read schematics and documentation for maintenance.
