Job summary

Qualifications

• High level communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Doctorate with 8+ years experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience configuring boundary protection technologies and routing/switching.

Responsibilities

• Support LAN/WAN operations and administer networks (OSPF, BGP, VRF, VLAN, VRRP, MPLS).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot incidents (tier 3).
• Configure and test networking hardware and software.
• Coordinate with teams and document network configurations and changes.
• Provide after-hours incident response as needed.
