Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Tier II Network Technician to support client LAN/WAN operations, building and testing design specs, and upgrading network hardware and software. The role covers field installation, maintenance, incident response, and change management within a DoD-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will hold TS/SCI CI Poly clearance, have extensive experience with Cisco/Juniper devices, and be willing to travel up to 20%. Flexible hours including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliance.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

• 10 years of combined work history and education as defined.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot with the team.
• Draft and implement standard network change requests.
• Provide support to Tier III engineers for projects and surveys.
• Maintain topology drawings and asset records.
• Coordinate network operations, repairs, or upgrades; RMA knowledge.
• Layer 1–3 configuration and IOS upgrades.
