Qualifications

• Advanced networking qualifications including MPLS, BGP, OSPF, LAMBDA.
• LAN/MAN/WAN/Optical specialization.
• Experience with ticketing systems and network management tools.
• Total of 12 years of applicable experience or equivalent work history.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support to the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Supports LAN, WAN, and other data communications systems.
• Monitor network to ensure availability and perform maintenance.
• Proactively identify risks and mitigate them.
