Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector seeks a Tier II Network Technician to support client LAN/WAN devices and provide design specs, testing, and upgrades. The role requires office presence in Aurora, CO, with 5 days per week on-site and up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, change requests, and documentation, with coordination across Tier II/III teams. Required TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, 10 years of experience (or equivalent education history), and DoD IAT Level 2 IA

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience evaluated by work history and education.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 information assurance compliance.
• Travel up to 20% of the time and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain client LAN/WAN devices and perform upgrades.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot, and coordinate with Tier III engineers.
• Draft standard network change requests and support asset management.
• Configure and troubleshoot layer 2/3 networking, including VLANs and routing.
