Job summary

Tekmanagement Inc. is seeking a Tier 3 Technician to elevate IT excellence. You will lead technical projects, provide proactive and reactive support, and ensure seamless IT operations across client environments, both on‑premise and cloud.

Expect a role centered on problem‑solving, collaboration, and service excellence within a growth‑driven culture. You’ll work full‑time, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM, with on‑call duties after hours to meet peak client needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support/engineering experience.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud IT environments.
• Proficient in diagnosing complex IT issues.
• Strong communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and provide proactive and reactive support to diverse client environments.
• Ensure seamless IT operations, including system design, analysis, and disaster recovery planning.
• Deploy, configure, and manage on-premise and cloud-based solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues while maintaining outstanding customer service.
• Document systems, processes, and client environments to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and technical excellence.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
