iPower Technologies is seeking a Tier 3 Helpdesk Technician to provide remote and on-site support. The role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with 6+ years in a fast-paced IT support environment.

You will work across on-premise, cloud, and network environments to ensure reliable operation. The position offers in-house work in West Caldwell, NJ, with a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a fast-paced Business IT Support environment.
• Experience serving as an escalation point for Tier I/II issues.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Must be well organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for Tier I/II issues.
• Support end-users in help desk and on-site environments; resolve hardware/software issues.
• Configure and support client systems including hardware, networks, and applications.
• Maintain timely documentation and logging for professional services work.
• Communicate proactively with customers and team members to mitigate issues.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
