iPower Technologies is a growing IT Managed Services provider seeking a Tier 3 Support Technician to deliver remote support to its client base. This in-house role emphasizes white-glove service, reliability, and proactive problem resolution.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in a fast-paced business IT support environment, can escalate issues to senior staff, and document work clearly. Duties span on-premises, cloud, and virtual environments (Azure, AWS, VMware) with occasional after-hours

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a fast-paced business IT support environment.
• Experience supporting Windows servers, AD, and cloud services.
• Ability to document work clearly and follow SOPs.
• Experience with MSP environments preferred.
• Willingness for after-hours and weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for Tier I/II issues.
• Support end-users in help desk and on-site environments.
• Configure and support client systems, including hardware, networks, and apps.
• Manage multiple priorities and respond with urgency when needed.
• Document initiation, execution, and closing activities for projects.
• Ensure performance metrics are met and customer communication is proactive.
