Job summary
Technoviz LLC is seeking an experienced Tier 3 Desktop Support specialist to support, test, maintain and install workstation hardware, software, OS currency, and software distribution methods across Wisconsin. You will collaborate with a team of technicians and a project manager, handling incidents, requests, and project work while supporting 10,000+ endpoints.
The role is remote with occasional office visits; candidates must live in Wisconsin and be able to travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Tier 3 desktop support
- Experience with OS deployment/maintenance for user workstations
- Experience with printers/scanners and peripheral devices
- Strong incident and service request management skills
- Proven written and verbal communication abilities
- Willingness to travel within Wisconsin
Responsibilities
- Tier 3 support and maintenance of workstation hardware and software
- Maintenance of operating systems for user workstations
- Support and maintenance of peripheral devices (printers/scanner/etc)
- Incident and service request management
- Assist on projects and technical tasks as assigned by Desktop Support Supervisor
