Job summary

CACI is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) professional for Tier 1/2 support on the ECS3 program. You will patch devices, perform IOS upgrades, draft SOPs, and analyze outages across LANs and UC services.

The role requires coordinating with NOC staff, handling complex tickets, and producing incident resolution reports. The ideal candidate has 11+ years of relevant experience, a DOD 8570 IAT II certification, and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Requires 11+ years of experience with High School/GED or equivalent, or higher education as specified.
• DOD 8570 IAT II certification is required.
• Minimum TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Perform system patching and IAVA patches to network routers and switches.
• Draft SOPs for network operations and support incident resolution reports for outages.
• Troubleshoot network failures and accessibility issues across CAN/UC services.
• Monitor network performance, usage, and capacity; generate reports.
• Support UC monitoring systems and network implementation projects.
• Coordinate ticket acceptance and resolution with NOC and operations staff.
• Conduct root cause analyses and document resolutions for incidents.
