Wings Event Center is seeking a Game Operations Intern to assist with planning and executing promotional themes for Kalamazoo Wings home games. You will help create game-day scripts and coordinate event timelines, while organizing setup, entertainment participants, and concourse activities.

The role offers exposure to event operations, partnerships, and fan experiences, with a focus on hospitality and customer service in a lively venue environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree in Sport Management, Sports Marketing, Sales or a closely related field.
• Ability to present and share information with groups, staff, partners, and guests.
• Comfort working in a loud, fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on planning and execution of promotional themes for Kalamazoo Wings home games.
• Assist in creating game-day scripts and event time outlines.
• Coordinate event setup/tear-down and participant arrangements for in-game entertainment.
• Manage Kids Club activities and interactive concourse tables with oversight.
• Support Wings Event staff with promotional handouts, giveaways, and coupon initiatives.
• Provide high level of customer service and hospitality to attendees.
