Job summary

Amgen is seeking an IgG4-RD Thought Leader Liaison Senior Manager for the Northeast, a customer-facing role partnering with Sales, Site of Care and Medical Affairs to drive thought leader engagements. You will coordinate across teams to build robust peer-to-peer strategies and ensure compliant, impactful interactions.

The role requires deep knowledge of marketing or sales with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing or sales experience.
• Master's degree and 4 years of marketing or sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of marketing or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Significant customer-facing time engaging thought leaders and key influencers.
• Develop local peer-to-peer strategies in coordination with regional plans.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to address thought leader needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate with advocacy teams to build relationships with physician and patient orgs.
• Create and execute short- and long-term KOL engagement plans.
• Share insights to shape brand strategy and lifecycle planning.
• Identify evidence gaps through thought leader discussions and podium observations.
